Ever wish you could bottle that feeling of being totally “in the zone” at work? Turns out, you can!

I want to help you figure out how to tap into that focused, energized zone more consistently.

The F.L.O.W. Formula

To help you identify your personal path to flow, I’ve created a simple framework called F.L.O.W. (no need to be original here). Let’s break down each element:

F: Find Your Focus: Choose a task you’re passionate about. Genuine interest helps maintain focus. For those of you who are neurodivergent like me, this is especially important. Set clear, achievable goals to guide your efforts.

L: Locate Your Flow Space: Create a distraction-free environment. Be sure that it is physically comfortable and has adequate lighting.

O: Optimize Your Energy: Consider your energy levels throughout the day and schedule flow-oriented tasks when you’re at your peak.

W: Warm-up Activities: Explore a variety of warm-up activities to find what works best for you, including journaling, reading, or stretching.
